Description
Italian inspired café Ciclo Espresso is currently seeking a Café Supervisor to be part of a dynamic, growing business with lots of opportunity to make an impact. The ideal candidate loves creating exceptional guest experiences, a great cup of coffee, and leading a team to peak performance.
Responsibilities
- Professional and Personable: is an expert in their field.
- Excellent, well- spoken communicator effectively communicate with guests, managers, and other members of the team.
- Oversee all aspects of café operations, managing operations, ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, tracking finances, and scheduling.
- Must be familiar with Tock and Squirrel systems
- Must have Flexibility/Adaptability: adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions.
- Ability to thrive with new challenges and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of supervisor experience preparing coffee and food in a similar hospitality environment.
- Professional appearance and excellent communications skills.
- Punctual and reliable team player with superior interpersonal skills.
