Description:
We are looking for a skilled Civil 3D Drafter/Designer to join a reputable civil engineering team in Allentown, PA. This is a full-time, on-site role with a salary range of 60,000–60,000–90,000, depending on experience.
In this role, you will work closely with design engineers to create detailed plans for land development projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Using AutoCAD Civil 3D software, you will draft site layouts, grading plans, utility systems, and stormwater management designs. Your work will ensure that all plans meet project specifications and comply with relevant codes and regulations. You will also update and modify existing plans based on feedback from engineers and project teams.
To qualify, you will need at least 5 years of experience as a Civil 3D Drafter/Designer, with a focus on land development projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required, along with a strong understanding of civil engineering design principles such as grading, drainage, and utilities. An Associate’s degree or technical certification in CAD or Drafting is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
