Omnitrans is currently searching for a Client Service Representative, Courier to join our Courier team in Montreal.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
- Manage large volume of shipments and provide status updates, reports and key performance indicator (KPI) to clients
- Process package data (shipments, re-ships)
- Coordinate dispatching / pickups with vendors and warehouses
- Follow up with clients/vendors to ensure resolution
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Initiate and follow up on tracers and delivery intercept
- Initiate and follow up on claims against courier service provider
- Perform general clerical duties
- Promote courier service and provide spot quotes
- Improve the department proficiency and coordinate with other departments
What you bring:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Computer knowledge (word, excel)
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Customer Service Skills
- Autonomous
- Prioritize and manage time effectively
