Description
We are a counselling network located in BC and are seeking an experienced and proficient Clinic Administrator to join our team. The position is done remotely with no need to come to an office. The candidate MUST either be located in Victoria or Vancouver BC Canada. The ideal candidate will have a background in client relations (making phone calls, responding to texts, sending emails and providing excellent customer service) and be proficient using computer programs including word processing and spreadsheets. Intial hours will be 2 - 3 hours/day with opportunity for additional hours. Experience using software Jane.App and HubSpot are definite assets.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
