Overview:
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Concierge to handle our Lincoln clientele. As a Lincoln Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to our Lincoln guests, ensuring their needs are met and they have a memorable experience.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Co-ordinate Lincoln loaner bookings

- Schedule and perform Lincoln pickup and deliveries

- Following up with Lincoln clients after their vehicle repairs to ensure everything went well.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor

- Valid B.C. driver's license with a good record

- Comfortable driving larger vehicles like Lincoln Navigator's

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
