Looking for a capable superintendent who will work in conjuction with the project manager and be responsible for overseeing field operations, site safety, productivity, scheduling, quality control, and coordinates trade contractors and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Must be lawfully able to work in and be in Canada
• Red seal carpenter or equivalent experience required in this position
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
• Ability to interpret plans, detail drawings and specification documents
• Building Envelope experience a definite asset
• Excellent organization & leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
• Good physical condition

Primary Responsibilities:

• Secure all pre-construction permits and plans necessary to commence project.
• Allocate daily and job-specific responsibilities for the entire crew.
• Supervise and train RBS workers and coordinate tradespeople to stay on schedule
• Guarantee all safety precautions and codes per COR program is followed
• Order and ensure materials are on site ahead of being required
• Ensure budget and schedule are maintained

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
