The Opportunity
Leavitt Machinery is looking for a friendly, energetic, and team-oriented Customer Call Center Representative to join our team as a remote employee in Canada. As the Customer Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and obtaining the required information to ensure the call is routed to the appropriate person and department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As the Customer Call Center Representative your key responsibilities will include:
- Answer all incoming calls, identify needs, and direct them to the appropriate person and department
- Provide timely and appropriate resolutions for all calls
- Track customer concerns, complaints, or inquiries
- Appropriately respond to questions and provide relevant information
- Respond to emails in a timely manner, if required
- Maintain a positive customer experience
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and standards
- Continue to upgrade personal knowledge of company products, departments and procedures to provide the best quality of service
- Liaise with various departments to keep abreast of department changes
Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related discipline
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- A self-starter and a team player

The base pay range for this role is: $45,000 per year.
This is a remote role based out of Canada.
