We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Customer Service Representative / Travel Agent to join our team in Yaletown, Vancouver. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a strong ability to assist clients over the phone.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
Provide travel-related information and support
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
Perform basic administrative and computer-based tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, CRM tools, etc.)
Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
Must be available to work on-site from 9 AM to 3 PM, Monday to Friday
COMPENSATION:
Base salary with bonuses up to $35,000 per year
