Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced dental receptionist to join our fully digital prosthodontic clinic, specializing in implants and cosmetic work. The ideal candidate will be warm, friendly, and proficient with Tracker software, bringing prior dental receptionist experience to our dynamic team.
Duties:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage the treatment calendar efficiently
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental terminology
- Utilize Tracker software for patient management
- Coordinate with the team to ensure seamless patient flow
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist
- Experience with Tracker software
- Proficiency in office tasks and front desk operations
- Knowledge of dental terminology and office procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle phone systems effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.89-$36.00 per hour
