Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management: Execute, optimize and automate lead generation and nurturing campaigns across various channels, including newsletters, push notifications, organic and paid social media, and SEM/PPC.
Content Creation and Optimization: Craft compelling marketing copy for campaigns with the goal of converting and engaging with audiences around the world.
Data Management: Oversee our lead management tool and CRM databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
Analytics: Monitor, test and analyze lead sources, conduct segmentation, and generate insightful reports on lead behaviour, conversion rates and cost.
Social Media: Execute paid and organic social campaigns for X, Meta, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Tiktok with the goal of growing audience engagement and lead generation.
Optimization: Collaborate with the UX team to A/B test and optimize conversion funnels, enhance user experience, and customer lifetime value metrics.
Engagement: Proactive segmentation and engagement with high value leads to nurture and further monetize. Ensure paid traffic is engaging and aligns content with audiences.
Support: Provide assistance with other marketing initiatives, aligning efforts to drive overall
Email Marketing - Manage email customer engagement platform which sends millions of emails, newsletters, and push notifications. Responsible for increasing open rates, click through rates and retention of subscribers.
Skills/Qualifications
Experience: At least 5 years in lead generation, ecommerce or performance based marketing, with a proven track record in managing, budgeting and generating results with defined goals.
Communication: Exceptional ability in both written and verbal communication, with a flair for creating engaging marketing content.
Technical Skills: Proficient in executing paid advertising campaigns, managing large user databases, and employing A/B testing for conversion optimization. Familiarity with Google Analytics, basic HTML/CSS, and marketing automation tools.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Industry Knowledge: An interest in investing and financial markets is advantageous.
Software Proficiency: Experience with Leadspedia, MoEngage, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
