Eco Property Maintenance is one of the Lower Mainland's premier landscape companies. Working from our equipment yard / office in North Vancouver we complete all kinds of residential landscape installations & maintenance from single-family homes to luxury estates and commercial properties.

Job Deion

-Assisting with various landscaping tasks: weeding, hedging, pruning, lawn mowing, turf & soil install etc.
-Working around and learning to use various types of machinery - skidsteers, excavators, tracked dumpers, forklifts, snow equipment etc.
-Working outdoors throughout all seasons - sun, rain, snow
-Snow removal using plows, ATV’s, Skidsteers
-Communicating with the crew and management on the execution of projects
-Professional & courteous communication with clients, staff & vendors

General Responsibilities:

-Maintain and clean trucks, equipment and tools
-Produce 40 hours of work per week, year round, in all weather conditions
-Assist in various data tracking and help build on existing systems / procedures
-Good fit with and desire to build on Eco Property Maintenance culture

Compensation Package

-Competitive wages ($24.00 p/h - $32.00+ p/h) based on experience
-Snow Removal rate in Winter $40.00 p/h
-Overtime & Stat Pay
-4x 10 hour days = 3 day weekend!
-4% paid vacation + annual increases (adding 1 additional day each year)

Requirements

-Valid BC drivers license & reliable vehicle
-Legally allowed to work in Canada
-Ability to comfortably lift 50lbs & work outdoors in all weather conditions
-Previous landscaping & snow removal experience is preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate
-Experienced in the operation and use of and maintenance machinery (bobcats, ATV's, excavators, skid steers etc.)
-Ability to follow safe working procedures
-Strong team player that values and wants to continue to build a great team a environment
