Experienced Site Supervisor

We are currently hiring experienced construction supervisors for long-term, full-time positions on projects in Vancouver, West Vancouver & Whistler. ***Previous experience in high-end custom residential is preferred.***
**Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as Construction Supervisor**

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities.
- Manage and lead a team of skilled tradespeople.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in high-end residential projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software and tools.
- Certification in safety training is a plus.

Pay: $42-$55 per hour
