FINISHING CARPENTER

Description

We are looking to hire an experienced finishing carpenter & siding installer with the fallowing skills set.

Installation of
-wood siding and soffit
-James hardie siding
- building wrap and blue skin ,
- exterior insulation
- rain screen system
- column and beam
- windows installation and trim
- flashings
.... and more architectural details

We are a small company with strong ties to many general contractors and architects that keep us busy all year round working on custom private residences since 2011

We can offer an hourly wage that is competitive to the market to the right person and will pay well if you can preform exceptionally. Minimum of 1 year
experience.

Requirements:
• Carpentry experience
• ****Own transportation ****
• Experience with construction tools (power tools, chop saws, skill saws, drills, hammer and nails)
• Owns steel toe boots, tool belt and basic hand tools (hammer, square, tape measure, knife)

* ALSO looking for carpenter apprentice and / or carpenter helper who wants to learn a good construction trade in Vancouver.
