Position
As a General Labourer with A Few Good Lads LTD, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's construction projects by performing a variety of tasks on-site. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in general labor roles, as well as a valid fall protection ticket.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various construction tasks, including but not limited to carrying materials, site cleanup, and basic equipment operation.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
• Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and adhere to all site-specific safety regulations.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Perform manual labor tasks, such as digging, lifting, and moving materials, as directed by site supervisors.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in general labor roles within the construction industry.
• Valid fall protection ticket.
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards work.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (preferred but not required).
