Role:
-
- Full analysis of the existing infrastructure (architecture, technologies, and dependencies)
- Lead and mentor the engineering team (creating a positive culture/work atmosphere)
- Develop/streamline relevant processes for software development, deployment, and testing.
- Create processes for deployment, monitoring, and enhancements.
- Develop security protocols and testing strategies
Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of proven experience leading software development teams (mentoring and developing talent)
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Angular Js, .NET/C#, MS Sql Server
- Strong time management skills
- Experience developing unique solutions to technical challenges
