Description
We are looking for two (2) Hoist Operators for a minimum of 18-months contract (extension is possible) on our high-rise site in Yaletown, Vancouver.
Your role will include transporting materials, tools, and equipment to various levels, ensuring that the site runs smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements:
+ Hoist Operating and Elevating Device Operation tickets must be valid
+ Previous experience operating hoisting equipment and elevating devices on construction sites
+ Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations for hoist and elevating device operations
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
+ Good manual dexterity and ability to handle equipment controls accurately
+ Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts and occasional Saturdays
