ACEL Power Inc. is a leader in the development of green technology, specifically focused on crafting electric outboard engines that allow enthusiasts to enjoy water activities in an eco-friendly manner. As our organization continues to grow, we are looking to strengthen our team with an HR Coordinator who will support our human resources processes and employee relations.

Job Summary:
The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department. This position is responsible for assisting with the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and filed appropriately.
  • Help administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company benefits.
  • Maintain employee records in the HR information system, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist in the coordination of training sessions and seminars.
  • Handle routine inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Support the HR management in implementing HR projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to specific HR projects.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years previous experience in human resources or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proficient with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
