Main Mission:
The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating the implementation and evaluation of theaction plan related to human resources management for the AFÉSEO Leadership Centres. They will be responsiblefor ensuring sound human resources management within the Leadership Centres.

Responsibilities

• Apply and evaluate human resources and labour relations strategies in Leadership Centres;
• Conduct internal investigations of the Leadership Centers;
• Inform supervisory staff on the interpretation of human resources policies and practices;
• Participate in the recruitment process for educational staff in the Leadership Centres;
• Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the legislative, educational and organizational frameworks of AFÉSEO.

Job Requirements:
Experience

• 3 to 5 years in a similar position
• Experience in the field of early childhood (an asset)

Knowledge

• Excellent command of spoken and written French
• Ontario's Early Childhood Legislative Framework
• Francophone mandate in early childhood
• Technology tools (Microsoft suite)

Training

• Post-secondary diploma in human resource management

Skills required

• Ability to manage conflicts and find solutions
• Leadership and ability to mobilize a team
• Strong organizational skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail
• Sense of initiative, autonomy and adaptability
• Critical thinking and stress tolerance

Others

• Ability to travel frequently outside of one's region and work an atypical schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Be available to start work as soon as possible
