Very reputable real-estate and rental company in Vancouver is currently searching for a full time junior accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

* Reconciling of all bank accounts for 5 companies.

* Preparing monthly rental income statements. And updating annual lease.

* Paying taxes on regular bases.

* Attending to telephone enquiries or email enquiries.

* performing full cycle of accounting for all 5 companies and preparing monthly financial statements.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

* A valid accounting certificate.

* Minimum 5 years experience in Canada in full accounting cycle.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Strong inter-personal skills, self-motivated, detail oriented, multi-tasks. * Knowledge of Sage 50 accounting software.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office programs.

Compensation: $61,000 to $65,000
