We are looking for an Experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to join our expanding team.

You:

• Experienced Landscape Construction Foreman
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Passionate and enthusiastic about your work
• Extensive experience in hard landscaping/ horticulture
• Experience managing landscape projects on large, single family homes ($250,000 +)
• Able to schedule, coordinate, and supervise efficiently
• Confident in assessing material needs and ordering accurately
• Proficient with various landscape tools, power equipment, machinery, and methods
• Excellent attention to detail, pride in finished work
• Strategic problem solving skills
• Comfortable in fast paced environments and physically demanding work
• Hold a valid BC driver's licence and clean abstract
• Enjoy working outside in all weather

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage worksites by monitoring and assisting crew with their assigned tasks
• Construction of retaining walls, paving, flagstone, garden beds, hardscapes, concrete
• Basic carpentry work, stairways, water features etc.
• Grading, drainage, planting of trees, shrubs and lawns
• Equipment operation: i.e. excavators

Other information:

• Hours: Mon-Fri - 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
• Our work is typically in Vancouver, Richmond and the North Shore
• Two weeks paid vacation, one week closed at Christmas

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
