Position:

We are currently seeking to add Landscape construction workers to our fantastic team. We are looking for people who take pride in their work and are passionate about creating amazing outdoor spaces. This is a wonderful opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in the landscape construction field.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of hardscaping elements, including natural stone and concrete paving products.
• Basic carpentry tasks including decks, fences and simple concrete formwork for footings.
• Rough and fine grading
• installing drainage systems
• planting specimen trees, shrubs, container stock and building out garden beds
• installing lawns, both natural and synthetic.
• Assisting with the assembly and installation of irrigation systems
• General labor, site clean-up, digging trenches, unloading, and moving building materials
• Mobile equipment operation (skid steers, mini excavators)
• Working with laser levels, spirit levels and stringlines etc. to ensure accuracy

Selection Criteria:

• Fit, energetic, and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or a construction trade
• Good references. Two are required and will be checked from the last two roles.
• Comfortable in a physically demanding role and happy to work outside year-round.
