Leasing Manager Job Description
The Leasing Manager is responsible for managing the leasing of office space in a commercial real estate property. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the office leasing market and a proven track record of success in leasing space.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new tenants
- Negotiate and execute leases
- Manage the leasing process from start to finish
- Maintain relationships with current tenants
- Market the property to potential tenants
- Track and analyze leasing data
- Stay up-to-date on market trends
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in office leasing
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
