Description
We are currently seeking Legal Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. General Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Greeting customers, answer phone calls, emails and check voice mails
· Schedule appointments
· Banking
· Manage Mail/Courier
· Deliveries faxes and other communications
· Deal with incoming and outgoing couriers
· Other clerical and general office tasks such as filing and maintaining records, copying documents
· Maintain Office Supplies and Cleanliness
Qualifications:
· Previous office experience or reception customer services experience;
· Mandarin or Cantonese language would be an asset
· Excellent computer skills
· The ability to multi-task, be proactive, and be organized
· must demonstrate great communication skills
