About the Role
The Manager, Strategic IT Client Services, is responsible for overseeing IT support and local enablement at the Vancouver Campus. This role provides operational, technical, strategic, and administrative leadership to ensure service levels meet the needs of the SFU community. In addition to managing daily operations, this position drives changes, continuous improvement, and fosters collaboration through participation in campus management and planning meetings. This role also involves developing site-specific IT roadmaps aligned with Central ITS standards. Furthermore, the Manager, Strategic IT Client Services provides team leadership and development.
