Reporting to the Director, Treasury & Corporate Finance, the Manager will be responsible for supporting the Director in managing the Company’s Capital Management and Financial Risk Management programs. This role will also support the team on certain Treasury and corporate finance initiatives while the team endeavours to integrate recent acquisitions. This could include supporting cash management, the long range corporate financial plan process as well as supporting M&A valuations across creative centers.

How will you create impact?

• Assess and mitigate financial risks related to foreign exchange
• Develop risk management strategies to protect the company's financial position
• Global insurance program and support Captive Management
• Support the Enterprise Risk Management program, as appropriate

• Create balance sheet and cash flow statements for the budgeting process
• Improve and maintain the long term corporate financial model
• Co-ordinate and liaise with the FP&A and EFR teams
• Create pro-forma statements as required
• Report on key metrics

• Conduct M&A valuations using a standardized acquisition impact analysis
• Liaise with Corporate Development team and Finance M&A team on greenlight presentations

What are your skills and experience?

• Financial modelling expertise (P&L, B/S & Cash-flow).
• 3-5 years experience in Treasury
• CFA or CPA required
• Ability to analyze/assimilate relevant data into key financial recommendations.
• Advanced level Excel skill
