Role Overview:
We're seeking a hardworking Marketing and Sales Specialist with the drive to grow into a leadership role within our team. This integral position requires a blend of marketing savvy, sales acumen, and technical skills. The successful candidate will generate candidate leads via marketing initiatives and have a proven track record in sales and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Google Ads.
- Utilize web development skills to create landing pages and optimize our online presence.
- Leverage Google Tag Manager, Wix, and HubSpot CRM and Marketing tools to drive engagement and conversions.
- Generate high-quality leads and convert them into successful deals.
- Create compelling marketing collateral for client acquisition.
- Work closely with management to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, Web Development, Google Tag Manager, Wix, and HubSpot CRM and Marketing tools.
- Previous experience in a recruitment agency is highly desired.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Ability to work beyond standard office hours.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals.
