Marketing Manager, Vancouver, hybrid (near Granville Island)

Here's a terrific opportunity to take a team of marketing professionals and create and implement a marketing budget as well as programs and direction. This role is looking for a talented Marketing Manager who can identify and recognize marketing needs that require attention immediately. What you'll do:

• Create a marketing budget from the ground up

• Work on existing and new projects to fine-tune marketing initiatives

• Write marketing proposals and present them

• Lead, encourage and direct the marketing team

• Bring fresh and innovative ideas and plans

• Project manage and execute new marketing strategies

• Work with senior leadership to advise, guide and keep them abrest of projects and direction

What you'll bring:

• At least 10 years of progressive and comprehensive marketing experience in the Engineering, Architectural and Construction sector

• Team leadership and management experience

• Create and manage marketing budget and company inititatives

• Excellent decision making abilities, able to guide and direct projects

• Outstanding communications and project management experience

• Lead, mentor and direct a team of marketing professionals

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or similar

• Solid computer skills including a familiarity with graphics platforms such as Adobe Photoshop etc
