Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Assistant to join our team at Bloom! We are a dedicated physiotherapy and pelvic health space in a newly renovated clinic. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the medical office by providing exceptional administrative support and customer service.
Qualifications:
- MUST have at least 6 mos+ experience using Jane software.
- MUST have proven experience working in a Medical office setting.
- A kind demeanour and welcoming attitude towards clients.
