Seeking: Full TimeBilingual Medical Receptionist (Spanish)
The MCC Medical Clinic is seeking a full time bilingual Medical Receptionist 9:00am-5:30pm. position at local community clinic. . Incumbent must display a high level of professionalism and maturity, while meeting the needs of our patients, and representing MCC Clinic as a first-class practice serving the indigenous population of Montogomery County.
The Medical Receptionist will answer telephones, always greet our patients in an upbeat and professional manner and gather patient information by providing the appropriate forms upon patient arrival. Job requirements; complete knowledge of insurance billing and procedures Experience in getting prior authorization of medications and procedures Knowledge of medications and ability to preauthorize medications. Ability to work on EMR such as ECW (E Clinical Works). Ability to multi-task like answering phone calls, scanning, faxing, end-of-day closing, and handling medical forms.
The receptionist will also schedule patients for upcoming doctor visits and collect patient payments. Adherence to all COVID-19 and HIPAA compliance is a MUST! Additional duties as assigned per clinic needs. Excellent work environment.
