Who are we looking for?

We are looking for mortgage agents, submortgage brokers or mortgage brokers based in Vancouver who want to make a significant impact on modernizing the mortgage industry. We are open to all backgrounds, Breezeful helps agents from all walks of life, from flight attendants to financial advisors!

You are:

• A highly motivated individual, who is a self-starter with exceptional sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

You'll be working on:

• Develop a loyal client base by providing exceptional mortgage advice
• Manage your own queue of leads with a high level of diligence
• Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service

Qualifications:

• Holding a Mortgage License or a valid Mortgage Certificate by UBC is highly preferred. Candidates without a certificate must be willing to enroll the course within the first month
• A successful track record in sales or customer service
• Experience with Filogix and underwriting is an asset

Compensation

• 100% commissions based role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
