Job Overview:

We are seeking two skilled Painters to form a high-performing paint squad. The ideal candidates will have experience in various types of painting, with a focus on residential interior and exterior repaints. The Painter will be responsible for prepping and applying paint to surfaces, interacting with customers and managing their workflow. Our exceptional workmanship and dedication to service as a high-performing team will make us stand out as an industry-leading painting company in Metro Vancouver.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, sanding or removing old paint

- Apply paint using various methods such as brush, roller, or sprayer

- Ensure all painting equipment is cleaned and maintained properly

- Effective communication with clients to understand their preferences and relay project progress

- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of job sites

- Opportunity to engage in on-site marketing activities

- Pick up paint and supplies from paint store

- Opportunity for advancement to crew chief / production manager

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in residential, commercial, or industrial painting

- Knowledge of various painting techniques including caulking and drywall repair

- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines

- Legally eligible to work in Canada

- Reliable access to a vehicle to commute to various job sites

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
