Description
Who Are We? Exterior residential house painting company based out of West Side Vancouver. Owned and managed by Destin & Gianni, both recent SFU graduates and lifelong friends.
Why Are We Hiring? To produce more projects for clients on the West Side of Vancouver.
What Are The Requirements?
- Capable of communicating to West Side Vancouver.
- Comfortable working on ladders at heights of up to 30 feet.
- Capable of working in direct sunlight on a hot summers’ day.
What Are The Major Responsibilities And Tasks?
- Assisting the crew manager in completing projects.
- Meeting with the crew manager at the beginning of each workday to understand the plan to complete the day's work.
- Properly preparing surfaces for coating and applying paint with the correct methods and in the right conditions.
- Meeting monthly with the lead hand and project manager for an evaluation of their performance.
- Sharing new ideas with the team lead about how to improve efficiency or effectiveness on the job.
- Recording hours at the beginning and end of every day.
What Is The Compensation? $20-$30 per hour.
What Is The Schedule? Monday-Friday 40 hours per week, and weekends if needed.
