Description
- We are currently seeking applications for a Part time Administrative Legal Assistant for Yorkton Office.
- The ideal candidate will provide assistance with a variety of administrative tasks, with the opportunity to grow within the organization.
- In-house training from a law firm or law clerk program is an asset.
- KNOWLEDGE IN IMMIGRATION AND REAL ESTATE CONVEYANCING WILL BE AN ASSET.
- The successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Attention to detail and creative problem solving skills
- Proactive and well-organized
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn and implement new skills
- Ability to work efficiently and independently
- Ability to multi-task, while meeting multiple deadlines
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook (scheduling meetings/managing calendars) and PowerPoint Knowledge
- Must have a valid Driving License.
