Description

  • We are currently seeking applications for a Part time Administrative Legal Assistant for Yorkton Office.
  • The ideal candidate will provide assistance with a variety of administrative tasks, with the opportunity to grow within the organization.
  • In-house training from a law firm or law clerk program is an asset.
  • KNOWLEDGE IN IMMIGRATION AND REAL ESTATE CONVEYANCING WILL BE AN ASSET.
  • The successful candidate will possess:
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Attention to detail and creative problem solving skills
  • Proactive and well-organized
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn and implement new skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Ability to multi-task, while meeting multiple deadlines
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook (scheduling meetings/managing calendars) and PowerPoint Knowledge
  • Must have a valid Driving License.
