Role Description
This is a part-time Personal Assistant position that could lead to full-time - located in Surrey, BC.
Responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, providing executive support, maintaining calendars, handling clerical duties, and coordinating schedules. The role requires close collaboration with owner, ensuring efficient workflow and effective time management.
Qualifications:
- Mandarin would be very beneficial for purchasing with vendors, not mandatory
- Effective Communication and Diary Management skills
- Excellent Clerical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools related to scheduling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Previous experience in administrative or executive support roles is preferred
- Willingness to learn & help the business grow
- Quick Books Knowledge or willingness to learn
- Quick learner
