Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate physical condition and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluations and patient goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay updated on the latest practices and terminology in physiotherapy.

Skills

• Proficiency in medical terminology related to physiotherapy and patient care.
• Experience working in a hospital or acute care environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of pediatric physiotherapy practices is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in patient assessments and treatment plans.
