Plant Maintenance and Sales Associate

Job Deion:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Plant Maintenance and Sales Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and caring for plants both within our store and at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit homes and businesses to care for plants, including watering, pruning, repotting, and providing general plant maintenance.
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing plants, providing expert advice on care and maintenance.
• Maintain the appearance and health of plants within the store, including watering, cleaning, and arranging displays.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and organizing storage areas.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to customer locations.
• Previous experience in plant care or horticulture is preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to lift heavy plants and perform physical tasks related to plant maintenance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
