Description

Provides administrative services and coordinates activities related to the operation of Preservice Professional Studies for the Director, Faculty, Program Coordinators and Faculty Associates (FA) in the Faculty of Education. In conjunction with the Manager, coordinates Faculty Associate and Program Coordinator appointments and renewal process. Provides general program support by organizing student file collections, coordinating evaluations, supporting program modules and supporting the Tuition Fee Credit process.

Qualifications

High school graduation and one year of post-secondary education or formal certificate / diploma program including courses in word processing, database and spreadsheet applications, and office practices. 3 years of experience. An equivalent combination of formal education, certificate/program of study and experience is acceptable.
