Description

Administrative Assistant in Real Estate

SR Services is looking for a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to help facilitate the everyday duties of a real estate agent. Looking for a bilingual (French and English) candidate that is a team player, a problem solver and enjoys customer service. This opportunity is open to candidates located in Montreal.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking appointments/showings and adding confirmations to calendar
  • Handling inquiries from potential prospects
  • Assisting with drafting listings/offers/preparing amendments/waivers
  • Organizing weekly schedule to be more efficient
  • Maximizing the usage of the CRM inputting all clients information, utilizing the software to better serve the clients
  • Creating social media content/ads/promotion

Qualifications:

  • Bilingualism French and English is a must (spoken and written)
  • Working knowledge of Google GSuite, Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, DocuSign, Social Media
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Managing and coordinating multiple projects with ability to easily adapt to changes
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, team player, self-starter and ability to perform well under pressure
  • CRM experience preferred
  • College Degree is preferred
  • 1-2 years of inside sales/telesales preferred
