Main Tasks:

-Manage Socail Media

-Deal Coordinator

-Manage CRM

```Duties```
- Assist real estate agents in managing their daily tasks and operations
- Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, and open houses
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials for properties, such as brochures and online listings
- Communicate with clients and potential buyers to provide information and answer questions
- Maintain client databases and update property listings on various platforms
- Conduct market research to gather information on comparable properties and market trends (if licensed)
- Assist in drafting contracts, leases, and other legal documents
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties involved in real estate transactions
- Provide administrative support, including filing paperwork, organizing documents, and managing calendars

```Requirements```
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in administrative tasks and computer software (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems)
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients (if licensed)

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 10 per week
