You’re a tech-savvy person who stays on top of things by utilizing programs like Word docs and spreadsheets. You know the value of support staff roles and want to bring your experience to a fast-paced, hard-working real estate office. You are the Office Administrator we’ve been looking for, and we can’t wait to hear from you!

Compensation:
$55,000+ yearly DOE
Responsibilities:
- Assists callers and visitors with queries and directs them accordingly
- Retrieves, sorts, screens, and distributes incoming and outgoing mail
- Composes prepares, or ensures timely responses to a variety of routine written inquiries
- Ensures the office is always presented in a professional manner with attention to keeping board rooms and common areas organized and supplied as needed throughout the day; restocking bathrooms
- Refills printers, copiers, and fax machines at opening and closing and through the day as needed; ensures proper operation of photocopiers, fax machines, and business center resources
- Maintains supplies inventory and ensures stock levels are maintained; places, processes, and distributes orders
- Reproduces office publications for use in training, sales meetings, and marketing
- Aids in handling paperwork and administration of the transition activities related to new or terminated sales associates in the office
- Accurately enters and uploads listing contract data to the Real Estate Board
- First point of reference for basic building maintenance needs
- First point of contact for booking meeting rooms and arranging for meeting requirements; Management of meeting room booking calendars
- Assists the Office Manager, Managing Brokers, and Broker Owners
- Prepares company marketing material as needed
Qualifications:
- Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
- Able to prioritize and manage a range of responsibilities
- Enjoy being in a dynamic job where no task is above or below you
- A constant drive to improve the experience of clients and our internal processes: "How can I make things better?"
- Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet skills
