Description
Unplug Hour Wellness is looking to bring on a receptionist to our thriving team! We are an established wellness clinic located in downtown Vancouver which provides acupuncture, RMT, osteopathy, and other natural medicine therapies to help optimize patients' health. We believe in work/life balance and providing an environment where people can grow and learn.

Hours:
The position would be part-time and we are currently looking for someone to work the following shifts:
Wednesday: 1 PM - 7 PM
Sunday: 11 AM - 4 PM
Possibility to pick up other days/shifts as needed.
Job requirements:
- At least 3 months Jane App experience is required.
- Customer Service
Job duties include:
- Providing prompt and courteous service to all clients
- Scheduling appointments using Jane App
- Management of client claims, involving communication with ICBC
- File management and daily chart organization
- Ensuring reception area is stocked with necessary supplies
- Clinic upkeep - maintaining tidiness in all areas of the clinic
- Closing duties
