## Overview

We are Northern Bars, and we produce Premium Nanaimo Bars that are great for gifts! We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a drive to achieve sales targets.

## Duties

- Engage with customers to provide a positive shopping experience

- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions

- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities

- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Assist in restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels

## Skills

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

- Fluent English is a 100% must

- Ability to upsell products and drive sales

- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse customer needs

- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is advantageous

- Experience in cashiering and handling transactions accurately

- Proficiency in conducting product demos to showcase features

- Prior experience in providing exceptional customer service

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
