Who We're Looking For:

As the Sales Executive Assistant, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting sales and marketing activities to drive revenue growth and market presence. This position requires an interest in advancing a career in sales, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Additionally, you will have the valuable opportunity to be mentored by the CRO, providing insights and guidance into sales and marketing leadership.

In this capacity, you will showcase robust organizational skills, an acute attention to detail, and a natural aptitude for independently navigating challenges, troubleshooting, and identifying areas of improvement. A collaborative spirit is essential as you engage in cross-departmental collaboration to bolster the effectiveness of the executive team.

What You'll Get To Do:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Revenue Officer, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive sales and marketing plans.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies, track progress, and report on key metrics.
  • Assist in the organization of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with branding and messaging guidelines.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive insights, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Support the CRO in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting for sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries, communications, and requests with professionalism and discretion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in achieving sales and marketing objectives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information and communications.

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar.
  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative role in the tech industry, reporting directly to upper management.
  • 5+ years of experience with creating and synthesizing reporting and documentation.
  • 2+ years of experience in drafting copy is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees.
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision.
