Position Overview:

Join our team and become a key player in our marketing efforts by engaging directly with potential customers in Vancouver, BC. You'll be educating residents about the benefits of our property maintenance services, fostering connections that help our business grow. About Us:

Flat Mate Property Services exterior cleaning company in Vancouver, BC specializing in high-end residential homes and commercial building maintenance. We pride ourselves on assembling an incredible team of professionals who are passionate about making a significant impact in the exterior cleaning industry.

Operating from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional opportunities for extra work on Saturdays. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives, offering a vibrant work environment filled with growth opportunities, flexible hours, and a commitment to safety and team spirit.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits to residential properties within designated areas in Vancouver, BC.
• Present and communicate the features and benefits of Flat Mate Property Services to potential customers.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our property maintenance solutions, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Actively listen to potential customers' needs and tailor your approach to highlight how our services can meet those needs.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanour while engaging with individuals and households.
• Collect and record customer information, preferences, and feedback for further follow-up.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Represent Flat Mate Property Services with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Skills & Requirements:

• ​High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, confident, and approachable personality with the ability to establish rapport quickly.
• Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and objections.
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently pursue sales goals.
• Familiarity with property maintenance services is a bonus.
• Proficiency in using technology, including smartphones and tablets, for data collection and communication.
