Who We're Looking For:

As a Senior Account Coordinator in the client services team, your pivotal role involves driving growth and market presence through strategic client strategy implementation, problem solving skills, and meticulous organization for your assigned accounts. You’ll also be responsible for providing consistent communication and impactful support to your external clients. With a profound sense of teamwork, the Senior Account Coordinator will also actively contribute to team or department goals and assist then needed across teams. Your proactive approach extends to spearheading clear initiatives, both within the team and externally.

What You'll Get To Do:

  • Contribute to the overall health of client relationships by managing consistent communication, deliverables and guidance internally and externally; creating an environment of trust and consultation.
  • Increase affiliate traffic and conversions for assigned affiliate programs while meeting goals, optimizing performance and problem solving as required.
  • Develop program strategies for clients including out of “out of the box” opportunities.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with affiliates to increase revenue.
  • Identify and activate key affiliates best suited to the needs of your accounts.
  • Organize and support Publisher recruitment.
  • Conduct monthly ROI analysis and reporting on affiliate programs.
  • Contribute to client proposals and implement new strategic direction for a client.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of tracking and expert system knowledge by testing and monitoring client systems and training.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of individual client’s needs, their businesses and objectives.
  • Respond to client and affiliates within 24 hours of receiving to offer campaign insights or assist in troubleshooting queries.
  • Create and manage campaign assets as required.
  • Ensure data has been imported correctly into the software by clients and do spot checks on commission calculations to ensure system accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Public relations or related fields
  • 2+ years of related work experience.
  • Self-motivated and demonstrates initiative
  • Excellent relationship management skills and ability to develop strategic partnerships
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver in a results and goal-oriented organization
  • Adaptable team player that is career-oriented
  • Effective written and spoken communication in English (knowledge of French is considered an asset)
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and implementation skills
  • High attention-to-detail and strong writing and data analysis skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, WordPress
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and email marketing an asset
