About This Team
The International Digital and Product Management team is responsible for enabling the day to day running of International Digital and well as delivering experiences in support of our future goals. We collaborate with our regional partners to understand their priorities, develop and deliver digital products to live into our long term plans, and run the operations that support the day to day business across EMEA and APAC.

a day in the life: key responsibilities
The Senior Manager, International Portfolio will be integral to the running of the function through providing governance of the portfolio, supporting forward strategy planning, and enhancing communications with key partners across the globe
 

  • In partnership with Portfolio Management Office (PMO), develop and implement a governance model to ensure oversight and standardization of all International Digital initiatives / projects
  • Collate and report status of International in-flight workstreams and upcoming Initiatives, Themes, Epics and Stories – identify areas of (potential) misalignment and risk across functional areas based on defined governance model
  • Facilitate the creation and dissemination of the business strategy and provide periodic updates on progress
  • Create and own communication framework (e.g. OpCo/Steercos) across key partners, including International and Regional leadership
  • Facilitate prioritization process and coordinate all in-flight and upcoming Initiatives, Themes, Epics and Stories within International Digital
  • Partner with technology to develop & manage budgets and plans for the portfolio
  • Own relationship with Procurement and track & monitor procurement activity for portfolio
  • Facilitate Annual Budgeting Process in partnership with PMO and International FP&A and facilitate International Quarterly Planning
     

Qualifications

  • Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university in business operations or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • 8+ years of experience related with strategic planning, long range planning, program management or management consulting preferably in vertically integrated, global, retail environments
  • Experience working with systems and/or with technical teams seen as an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to translate complex ideas and concepts into simple narrative and recommendations for senior executive leaders
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation and cross-functional relationship-building skills
  • A bility to drive results independently and collaboratively as a team player
  • Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, self-starter and results driven
  • Thrive in bringing structure to ambiguity to drive business results
  • Passion for developing new ways of working with creativity and flexibility

Compensation And Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $135,500 - $160,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
