Our team of experts delivers results through full-funnel paid media (Meta, Google, Amazon), lifecycle marketing (email/SMS), and conversion rate optimization (CRO). The RoleWe’re hiring an experienced Senior Partnerships Executive with agency background to help us win new client partnerships and grow our MRR. You'll be selling high-impact, performance-driven retainers ranging from $5k–$20k/month, working closely with marketing leaders, founders, and decision-makers across DTC and eCommerce brands.You’ll be expected to actively prospect and build your own pipeline, though some qualified inbound opportunities will be provided. This role is performance-based and accountable — success will be measured by your ability to close deals consistently and hit monthly revenue targets.Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales cycle: outbound prospecting, discovery, pitching, proposal creation, and closing
- Generate and qualify leads via email, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and events
- Work inbound leads when provided, moving them efficiently through the sales funnel
- Sell Pilothouse’s services across Meta, Google, Amazon, email/SMS marketing, and CRO
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service offerings to prospect needs
- Track all activities and pipeline stages in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
- Report sales metrics and hit monthly/quarterly revenue goals — consistently and transparently
- Represent the Pilothouse brand with professionalism and a consultative mindset
What We're Looking For
- Agency sales experience is required — please apply only if you’ve sold digital services before
- 3+ years of success in a digital/performance/marketing agency sales role
- Proven track record of closing MRR retainers of $5k–$20k/month
- Strong grasp of performance marketing, ad platforms, and eCommerce business models
- Confident communicator, skilled in consultative sales, discovery, and objection handling
- Relentless prospector with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable being held accountable to numbers
- Bonus: experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Klaviyo, or CRO tools

Compensation
- Competitive $70-100k base salary + uncapped commission structure
