Description

ROLE OVERVIEW
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM/PPC (display ads, social media advertising, retargeting, etc.) and Conversion Rate Optimization.
- Ability to research, identify and implement new SEO/SEM strategies for B2B and B2C clients.
- Work with the team to properly implement SEO best practices, conduct SEO audits, and prepare analysis and reports to show effectiveness of strategies.
- Track, report and analyze website analytics for paid advertising initiatives and campaigns.
- Present strategies and reporting to clients.
- Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings.
- Research SEO keywords to use throughout our client’s websites and content marketing efforts.
- Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities, as well as growing organic link building.
- Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with others on the team to manage SEO/SEM campaigns.
- Work within HubSpot to ensure data is being captured properly.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO/SEM campaigns with a solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Experience working with agencies or in an agency setting; or client side with a growth mindset.
- Excellent analytical, communication and research skills to support our client’s growth goals and provide them with the best optimization possible.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a Mac environment.
- Experience with Google tools (i.e., GSC, GMB, GA, and GTM).
- HubSpot experience is an asset.
