Skincare & Makeup Retail Associate / Spa Concierge

Description

As a Retail Sales Associate / Spa Concierge, you’ll create a welcoming, supportive experience for our clients. This role focuses on customer service, from educating clients on skincare and lifestyle treasures to ensuring their visit is smooth and a little inspiring. You’ll also assist with inventory, light housekeeping, and social media content creation to share The Skin Witch’s unique essence.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Educate clients on our services, products, and holistic approach to skincare and overall well-being.
• Spa Concierge: Greet, check in/out clients, and assist walk-ins with product recommendations from some of the industry's best brands including Environ, Dermaviduals, Jane Iredale, and more. You'll also assist our service providers with treatment room maintenance.
• Social Media: Capture and create in-store content to share the essence of The Skin Witch on social media, highlighting our products, services, and unique approach.
• Housekeeping & Inventory: Assist with light housekeeping (including laundry) and help keep our space stocked, organized, and ready to provide the best client experience.
