Legendary Social Media Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Social Media Manager to join our WFH team that is 100% based in Vancouver.

We are a premium, boutique agency that serves small and medium sized business clients, primarily in the following niches:

• eCommerce
• health & wellness services
• design & construction
• food & beverage

Established in 2015, we are one of Vancouver's top agencies that specialize in social media management. We excel in content creation for Reels & TikTok, run high ROAS paid campaigns on Facebook & Google, and provide data-driven email marketing campaigns.

Clients choose us for our attention to detail, personalized approach, and the quality we produce. We have robust processes and protocols in place for training and client management, and use proven tools to streamline our workflows, including Asana, Slack and Sprout Social.

Who is this position for?

If you have strong writing skills and a knack for creating written and visual content for social, we want to hear from you.

Job Duties:

• write social media captions for a variety of clients
• write blog copy and email copy
• film and edit social media video content at on-location shoots
• manage and grow clients’ social media accounts
• professionally manage communities and conversations on social media
• communicate with clients and nurture the client experience of our organization
• review, curate and manage photo and video assets for use on social media
• report to the Legendary Social Media leadership team, and to clients

Required Skills:

• strong written skills with excellent spelling
• excellent research skills
• strong, demonstrable skills in growing social media accounts for clients
• solid time-management skills and ability to adhere to tight deadlines
• professionalism in internal and client work environments

Availability and Compensation

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

We provide an iMac desktop computer and benefits after 3 months of full-time employment.

Monthly partial reimbursement use of your personal cellphone and laptop until a work computer is provided.

Benefits package, flexible hours, WFH, "summer Fridays" program, one paid week off over the winter holiday and two weeks paid vacation.

You MUST live in the Greater Vancouver area to be considered for this role.

Access to a vehicle is preferred.

Hiring Process

Our hiring process involves the following:

• A brief introductory interview between selected candidates and the company's President.
• A test to assess your skills as they relate to the position. Submissions will not be used or published by Legendary Social Media.
• A possible follow up interview with shortlisted candidates.
